Can I use the SKYEBROWSER Virtual Browser Training (VBT)?
Rather than spend your time configuring your computer, we recommend you use the new SKYEBROWSER VBT system.
Go to www.skyebrowser.com
Login and password are "cpat" and "cpat"
Upon login, we will be able to view your progress and operating information in case you need additional support.
The VBT allows you to view our system with virtually any computing device that has online acces through the internet, or 3g/4g data.
The VBT link is on the top of the LMS login page.
You will be prompted to install a Citrix client and after this no other software is required.
SKYEBROWSER will stream video and audio to your computer without any other setup or software installation.
Minimum required connection speeds are approximately 800 kps.
If you want to test your connection speed, go to www.speedtest.net
With SKYEBROWSER you do not need to install Flash, Neuron, or Shockwave and do not need to modify your security settings.
Please use the VBT to simplify your training process.

Do the programs operate on Netbook computers? Yes
Netbook computers have less vertical display space than standard computers. Their display setting is 1024 by 600.
Toolbook/Neuron programs have additional Netbook features:
1) Scroll by pressing the Up arrow or Down arrow keys on keyboard.
2) Navigate by pressing the Right arrow key for "Next" or the Left arrow key for "Previous". Press the ESC key to exit a module.

How do I login to the LMS?
"Your company or learning center training administrator will setup the training tracks you need to engage for certification or recurrent training. He/she will also establish a Learning Management System account for you, including a login ID and password.
Enter this information in the LMS ""User Login"" form, and Left Click the ""Submit"" button to enter the Learning Management System and access your account." |

How do I select and open a course module?
1) Click the "+" sign for the desired course. This action will display a drop-down list.
Note: The "+" sign is just left of the yellow envelope icon.
2) Click the text link for the desired module.
Note: The text link is just right of the white page icon.
- - Bookmarked modules show a white and green icon.
- - Completed modules show a red check mark on green icon. |

Can I use a Mac or iPad?
Yes, Mac and iPad can be used for all CPaT online courseware.
Use the new SKYEBROWSER VBT. It plays any courseware on PC, Mac, smartphones, iPad, etc.
Minimum internet speed is approximately 800 kbs.

1) Mac users that want to run our Toolbook/Neuron courses, must use the VBT. Go to: www.skyebrowser.com
Toolbook/Neuron courses are:
- MD80
- B737 Classic
- B757/B767
- DC10
- A320/330/340
- Also, the legacy B737NG, ERJ135/145, B777 courses are available.
2) Adobe Director/Shockwave courses run on a Mac or PC. If you don't want to use the VBT, these programs require installation of the browser plug-in Shockwave 11 and the installer is provided after you log-in to the LMS.
