6. Proceed to the next screen
7. You will need to select Print and Call as your method of payment
8. Enter all your correct data in the Instructions from customer field, including your complete and correct address information, and your real phone number.
9. If you wish to have your made by credit card you may either include it in the Instructions from customer field, or you may wait to exchange that information with CPaT by return call or email.
