CPaT Assists another New Airline to take Flight 02/10/10
CPaT today announced the sale of its MD80 Aircraft Systems computer-based training (CBT/WBT) program to the new start-up airline World Atlantic Airlines based in Miami, Florida.
“Using CPaT’s program will reduce World Atlantic Airlines simulator time and provide better overall training for our flight crews” said Raul Mendez, Chief Pilot. “This CBT is an important part of our training footprint and it will make time in the simulator much more effective.”
“World Atlantic Airlines is the latest in a growing number of new airlines cost-effectively meeting training needs through CPaT’s training programs” said Russell Peck, CPaTs’ President. “The CBT/WBT allows them to control training costs by reducing the need for other expensive flight training devices.”
